The Rogue Slayers Assembly has for primary function to be a gathering moment whether with all members or just between the Leaders and the Generals to discuss several topics related to the Clan. It is similar to the Knights of the Round Table gathering -especially since we have our own Holy Grail to find (see in the missions section).
When held in public, everybody is entitled the right to bring an issue to discuss or a suggestion s/he'd like to see taken into account within the clan. In this case the members discuss publicly (in a place defined prior the event) the Leader and Generals.
When held just between the Leader and the Generals, members should contact the General of their class (Gunner, Blader, etc...) to address their questions and/or suggestions. The e-mails of the Generals and the Leader can be found in the Rogue Slayers member list.
Prior the event, the main issue to discuss might be posted here as well as some opinion polls. In any case, every member will be warned by e-mails about an upcoming Assembly. The results will be posted here as well.
One of the other functions of the Assembly is to also serve as a court to judge some members guilty of prejudices. In this case it will be discussed between the Leader and Generals but some members could be called to serve as witnesses or to speak in favor of the defender.

3 new members have been accepted (Wonderboy, Parsezt, Vixxen), 1 has been denied (OtoKiroo) and 1 has been delayed (Philas)
A motion has been passed, The Watcher's motion. Each General can become a Watcher and thus have a protegee to whom they will teach and pass their knowledge. When their formation is achieved, in their turn they
can become Watchers as well and take a protegee of their own.
Apprenticeship usually lasts between levels 40 to 80 until which point a Slayer or Vampire Hunter would be strong enough to stand on her or his own. However, it can start sooner and end a bit later. In any case it stops at 100.
The Protegee has to follow the directive of her or his Watcher. |
